Returns & Refunds

At Dammydon Global, we prioritize your satisfaction. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for various categories on our multi-vendor platform.
1. General Return Window
For standard physical products (Gadgets, Lifestyle goods, etc.), customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the listing description.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Real Estate: Property transactions are subject to legal sales agreements and deeds of assignment. Refund logic does not apply once legal transfer is initiated.
- Health & Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, opened health products cannot be returned.
- Digital Downloads: Any digital goods or software licenses.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- For vendor-shipped items, the automated commission-split system will adjust the vendor's subaccount accordingly to facilitate the refund.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product from a vendor, Dammydon Global or the vendor will cover the return shipping costs. For "change of mind" returns (where applicable), the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
6. Dispute Resolution
If there is a disagreement between a buyer and a vendor regarding a return, our support team will mediate using the transaction logs and photographic evidence provided. Our goal is a fair resolution for both parties.
