• Real estate listings must be verified for authenticity before being promoted.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that is fraudulent, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Payment & Escrow

To ensure trust in our marketplace:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• For certain transactions, especially in high-value real estate or vendor sales, automated subaccount logic is used to ensure proper commission splits.
• Refunds and disputes are handled according to our specific Return Policy guidelines.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the website.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Scraping data or using automated bots to interfere with listings.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, including the Dammydon Global logo, brand name, and custom UI elements, are the property of Dammydon Global. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these materials is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dammydon Global shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform, transaction disputes between buyers and vendors, or service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved within the appropriate legal jurisdiction in Nigeria.
